About Me

I started my journey as a maintenance technician at Toyota where I learned how to program PLCs and build HMIs. Before long I started to feel like I could challenge myself more than I was as a technician. So I chose to start looking for jobs as a controls engineer, at which point I applied and accepted a position as a Maintenance Supervisor (PLC) at Avanzar. Here I saw the problems that could be solved with software and took the opportunity to start building solutions.

Since then I have built and rebuilt a variety of applications and services for Avanzar focused on improving the workflow of our floor personal.

Associates in Applied Science from St. Philips College San Antonio, TX

When I'm not at work

I enjoy doing just about anything in the mountains hiking, camping, climbing, skiing.
